Fab-Ezy operates a massive vertically integrated textile mill layout housing our raw yarn creel setups, circular knitting tables, dye pressure vessels, tensionless stenter frames, and packing lines. All processing zones are monitored by continuous ERP software to ensure batch transparency and rapid shipment delivery timelines.
Spacious state-of-the-art facility optimized for raw yarn loading, processing, and packaging.
Dedicated knitting masters, dye chemists, print pattern technicians, and quality inspectors.
High-volume capacity ensures a steady supply chain with zero delivery delays for bulk garment exporters.
Climate-Controlled Warehousing: We operate a 20,000 sq. ft. storage depot. Raw yarn cones are kept dry under strict relative humidity (RH) thresholds to prevent tensile decay, and finished fabric rolls are tagged with RFID codes for real-time tracking.
Heavy Export Packaging: All fabric rolls are individually wrapped in thick, transparent, moisture-proof polyethylene film. For international cargo containers, rolls undergo automated compaction and are baled using HDPE woven sheets and high-strength metal straps to maximize space and prevent marine dampness.
Our manufacturing units are strategically located near Kolkata, providing logistical advantages for sea cargo, air freights, and road transit to neighboring markets:
